📈 Current Price: ~$16 (raw) [Down 60% or ~$24 this month]
💡 Analysis: With a new set coming out there is always an initial hype for new cards. It looks like some people thought this card was going to be worth a lot more. I saw several sales of over $40 but the card now is a little below $16 and will most likely keep dropping.
Charmander - 044 - SV: Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards (SVP)
🤑 Current Price: ~$19 (Raw) [Up 171% or $12 past 6 month]
🔥 Analysis: I was always a big fan of this card but I did not expect it to have such a big increase over the last half of year. This promo card can still easily be found but is going to be over $20 soon enough.
Prismatic Evolutions Booster Bundle - SV: Prismatic Evolutions (PRE)
📉 Current Price: ~$80 (Sealed) [Down 25% or $25 the past three months ]
Analysis: Prismatic evolutions has been one of the most hyped sets in the past couple of years and even with this 25% decline it is still not low enough. I think that prismatic will be a set the might never reach MSRP online and you will have to fight in the stores to get it.

Destined Rivals Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box (Exclusive)
Fun Fact: This exclusive is staying consistently above $250 a box
Why It’s Noteworthy: Destined Rivals is one of is another set that is highly anticipated. If I am being honest the Pokémon company has been doing a great job. The set is suppose to be a team rocket set that is similar to the classic Team Rocket Set and Team Rocket Returns. There has not been a set like this for around two decades. I am a big fan of the team rocket sets and was sad when I mess up preordering this box.
💡 Collector’s Tip of the Week
SELL SELL SELL: Right now might be the best time to sell cards. There is some signs of the Pokémon market cooling off. If you had cards that you have that you do not care about it might be a good time to sell. The Pokémon Company has said they will be printing to demand. We may see modern go down in price but I do not know how much.
🎉 Pokémon News You Need to Know
Journey Together Came Out and is decreasing in Price
The Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet - Journey Together expansion was released on March 28, 2025. This set is part of the Scarlet & Violet series and includes over 180 cards. The expansion also features pre-release events and a new mechanic returning from 2004
Booster Bundles were at $80 at one point but now floating around $40 online. Love seeing modern coming down. Booster Boxes are still around $215 and are still very high in price.
